Testing out Gemini AI code generation

I am a daily driver of ChatGPT 3 (until the next version comes out!), but I wanted to see how the competition shapes up.
Overall, Gemini is comparatively less helpful and less accurate than ChatGPT, but it still manages to get most of the job done.
The topic of the article should all be accurate, I fact checked the contents as they were being generated. UseNet has a special place in my heart, as a distributed network of computers which predate the internet. Conceptually, it was the same thing as Reddit, but for nerds in the late 80s and early 90s. It was featured in a Mission Impossible film as well!
